Since 2013, he has led financial planning and analysis for the Airhead and Yukon Charlie's brands while supporting strategic growth initiatives. Tim has played an integral role in multiple acquisitions and two successful ownership transitions, bringing financial expertise and a collaborative approach to the business.

Greg Cattrano is a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of scaling outdoor brands in both U.S. and global markets. At Helio Outdoors, he leads high-performance teams and drives go-to-market strategies that fuel sales growth and operational excellence.

Steve is an internationally experienced executive with a proven track record of leading global business initiatives. He has led an IPO on the HK Stock Exchange and spent over a decade leading Helio Outdoors’ Sourcing and Operations teams, bringing valuable experience and strategic insight to the company’s global sourcing efforts.

Jonathan is a sales, product development, and marketing executive with experience across the North American market, from private equity to public CPG companies. He has a strong history as a business owner working in P&L leadership, trade budgets, strategy development and implementation while also developing world class teams.
